DTC Direct is a provider of low cost telecoms focused on the UK's small business community.

Our aim is to provide a high level of service with a professional, friendly approach whilst ensuring that our customers benefit from great savings.

DTC was founded in 1997 and has predominantly been involved in the small business and consumer mobile market.

DTC has recently expanded into the fixed telecom services market and is capitalising on our expertise of the small business market to provide an alternative phone service to BT^TM at a much lower cost.

Our service centre is based in the UK and we use the BT Openreach^TM network and engineers to offer our customers a high quality service¹.
